The Anatomy of an Affair

By Dr. Reena Sommer Ph.D.

Synopsis:

  • relationship advice
  • divorce advice and divorce help (divorce is an extremely horrible last resort though)
  • marriage counseling - M.Sc in Family Studies and Ph.D. in Psychology & Family Studies

My Comments:

Because this book also deals with divorce as an option, I would highly recommend not getting this book until you have read the other book on affairs called Break Free From the Affair.  In a marriage is is very important to put all thoughts of divorce out of your mind and treat your marriage as though an affair or a divorce or abuse of any kind is simply not an option. But, I also recognize that when the worst happens and a divorce takes place, it can be helpful to have information how to deal with it and recover. But, if your spouse is not forcing you into a divorce, I would recommend putting this book off until that point. The other book on affairs will probably be more helpful.
